Online Form Builder Demo: What a Good Digital Form Workflow Should Show

A useful online form builder demo should show the whole workflow, not just a polished finished form. The evidence should include creation, field editing, delivery, mobile completion, signature capture if supported, and the staff-side submission view.

No video is fabricated here. This page is a demo checklist and evidence framework.

1. Creating the form

The demo should show whether the user starts from a prompt, template, PDF, or blank form. If AI is claimed, the prompt and generated fields should be visible enough to inspect.

2. Editing fields

Field editing should show labels, required fields, sections, choices, date fields, file fields, and signature fields where supported.

3. Sending the form

A strong demo shows delivery by link, email, SMS, QR code, embed, or another documented channel. It should not imply a delivery method that was not shown.

4. Completing on mobile

The respondent view should be tested on a phone because many intake, waiver, consent, and registration workflows happen outside a desktop setting.

5. Receiving submissions

The demo should show where completed responses land, how signed forms are identified, and how staff can review missing fields or completed records.
