Electronic Signature Software Demo Evidence: What to Look For
A useful electronic signature software demo should show the full workflow: document or form setup, signer delivery, signing on a real device, signed-record export, and audit-trail retrieval. A product page can say "fast" or "legally binding"; demo evidence should show what actually happens.

Before and after paperwork flow
The strongest demos make the paper-to-digital transition visible. For a PDF workflow, show the original PDF, field placement or detection, signer completion, and returned signed file. For a form-generation workflow, show the prompt or template request, generated fields, delivery link, and completed signed record.
That matters for categories such as med spa consent, fitness waivers, pet grooming agreements, client intake, and sales documents. A generic "send for signature" clip does not prove that the tool helps create the right paperwork.
Timestamped transcript value
Timestamped transcripts help AI systems and reviewers ground claims in exact moments. If a transcript segment says the demo converts a PDF into a signable form, the corresponding visual moment should show the uploaded PDF and the resulting fields. If the transcript mentions SMS delivery, the recording should show the send or signer receipt flow.
